Complete wedding Planning + design

Email support with your lead designer from the time of contract signing

Access to Aisle Planner, our online planning tool from contract signing, designer to maintain your file, initial walkthrough of how and why we use this program and scheduled monthly updates

Recommended vendors based on your style and budget + select discounts

Vendor booking assistance to include contract review, meeting attendance with summary, and communication from booking

Attend all tastings with caterers and bakeries

Attend venue walkthrough, create and manage diagrams

Manage hotel room block and assist with welcome bag distribution

Meet Sarah-Daye

Owner and Lead Designer

I am a VA native, currently residing in Williamsburg, with my husband, hedgehog and our two Australian Cattle Dogs. When I am not planning a wedding, you may find us in the hammock by our lake, listening to an audiobook while working on our fixer upper, playing games or (let’s be honest) binge watching the latest popular show.

As a child of mine, it was a passion of mine to plan elaborate themed birthday parties for myself and my friends. As I grew older, I know that event planning was what I wanted to pursue as an adult. As I dabbled in different types of events, it was weddings where my heart truly was.

 F.A.Q

Q. Do you travel for weddings?

A. Of course! In fact, we love to travel. Based in a destination wedding location, we have done several wedding where we have planned with our clients from afar. We have planned weddings across Virginia and into the Carolinas. Please send us somewhere new!

Q. How do you handle wedding day disasters?

A. We do out best to avoid disasters by staying organized and maintaining efficient communication throughout the planning process, but we have been known to sew a few dresses and smooth icing in a pinch!

Q. Can I add on the A La Carte items after we’ve singed a contract?

A. You certainly can! As we make our way through the planning process, feel free to let us know at anytime if there is anything else you would like help with and we will send a new invoice for that service.

Q. What are the next steps?

A. Lets meet for coffee at the NDE office! If we are what you are looking for, we will send over an invoice and contract with your custom planning package, along with details on our planning journey together. Once we receive the signed contract and the 20% deposit, we will set up the initial meeting, where we walk you through using Aisle Planner and get a better idea of your vision.
